TED Talks- TED is a private, non-profit foundation established in 1996 with a goal to spread and foster great ideas. "Core to this goal is a belief that there is no greater force for changing the world than a powerful idea." This website offers interactive presentations and a library of over 1100+ talks to inspire and engage a global audience.
Digital Literacy.Gov- "The Digital Literacy portal is an initiative of the Obama Administration to serve as a valuable resource to practitioners who are delivering digital literacy training and services in their communities." The resource section is extensive with several different topic areas.

The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE®)- "advances excellence in learning and teaching through innovative and effective uses of technology." In addition, ISTE also developed the National Educational Technology Standards (NETS). "The NETS set a standard of excellence and best practices in learning, teaching, and leading with technology in education." The NETS help measure proficiency and set goals for what students, teachers and administrators should know and be able to do with technology in education.
There are four "families" of NETS: NETS for Students (NETS•S), NETS for Teachers (NETS•T), NETS for Administrators (NETS•A), NETS for Coaches (NETS•C), and NETS for Computer Science Teachers (NETS•CSE).
